Valentina Ocasti is a dancer, teacher and choreographer based in Bologna, known for her elegant and delicate style but also sparkling and energetic. 
She dances oriental dance since 2002, and started to teach in 2005.  From that moment dance became her reason for life. She studied with the best Italian and international teachers to improve her technique. She also studied new styles and different sonorities like classical dance, salsa and bachata, samba, flamenco, hip hop, and bollywood. She is also a certified as Yoga teacher, discipline she uses to preserve the psychophysical well-being for herself and her students.                                                                                                                                                                      
In April 2011 she won for the first time the online casting for the European tour of Bellydance Evolution directed by Jillina Carlano. This has been a life-changing experience, allowing her to travel and dance for over 5 years and dance on the best Italian and international stages like Morocco, Italy, Germany, Slovenia, Czech Republic, United States, Japan and 5-week tour of the Netherlands in November 2013. 
She is currently in permanent training with Simona Minisini, competing for the CLUB Sunshine in Palmanova (UD), winning the title of European Champion in 2018 and in 2019 World Champion for the over-30 class. She is currently Italian Champion for the AS over 30 category too.
